How do I install it?

Press Download on this site and open the file when it finishes. It installs in a few seconds, opens by itself, and keeps itself up to date. If Windows says it protected your PC, click More info, then Run anyway. The download page walks you through it.

What's a credit?

Each piece of AI work costs one credit: feedback on an answer, a set of interview questions, a hint, a coding problem, or a suggested reply in a meeting. Answers from your screen, code reviews, session reports and meeting notes cost two. Listening minutes are counted separately. Your account page shows what you've used them on.

Can I use it during a real interview?

No. Cue Coach is for practice, and for meetings where everyone knows it's running. Using it to get hidden help in a real interview or exam is against our terms and will get your account closed.

What happens to my recordings?

Audio is streamed for transcription and isn't recorded or kept by us. Your transcripts, answers and reports are saved as files on your own computer. See the privacy policy for the details.

Can I use it on more than one computer?

Yes. Sign in with the same email on each one. Your account page lists every device you're signed in on, and you can sign any of them out.

Does it work on Mac?

Windows 10 and 11 today. A Mac version is on the way.

How do I cancel?

Any time, from your account page. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. See the refund policy.
