Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Test Name (“we”, “us”) for your use of Cue Coach: the desktop app, this website, and the services behind them. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. What Cue Coach is
Cue Coach helps you prepare for interviews and take part in meetings. It generates practice questions, transcribes your spoken answers, gives feedback, helps with coding practice, and can transcribe meetings and suggest replies. Its responses are generated by AI and can be wrong or incomplete. You're responsible for what you say and do with them. We don't promise any particular result, such as passing an interview or getting a job.
2. Your account
You need to be at least 16 to use Cue Coach. Keep access to your email account secure, since it's how you sign in. You're responsible for activity on your account. One account is for one person.
3. Acceptable use
Cue Coach is for practice, and for meetings where everyone knows it's being used.
You must not:
- use Cue Coach to get hidden help during a real job interview, assessment, test or exam, or in any other situation where you're expected to answer without assistance;
- transcribe or record anyone without telling them first and, where the law requires it, getting their consent. Recording laws differ between countries and states; it's your responsibility to follow the ones that apply to you;
- use Cue Coach for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful, or to process content you don't have the right to use;
- share your account, resell access, or try to get around usage limits;
- interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without our permission, or copy, reverse engineer or scrape it.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without a refund where the breach is serious.
4. Plans, payment and renewal
The free trial gives you a one-off allowance of AI credits and listening minutes. Pro is a subscription billed in advance each month through our payment provider, Stripe. It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. Each plan's allowance is shown on the pricing page and in the app. Unused credits and minutes don't carry over. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email, and the new price applies from your next renewal.
Refunds are covered by our refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to the CVs, notes, answers and other content you use with Cue Coach. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. Transcripts, answers and reports are saved on your own computer; we don't keep them on our servers.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep Cue Coach running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, and features may change. It relies on third-party AI and speech-to-text services. If we make a change that significantly reduces what paid plans include, we'll tell you in advance and you can cancel.
7. Liability
We provide Cue Coach with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on its output, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.
8. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Cue Coach and delete your account at any time from your account page. We may end these terms or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break them, or with 30 days' notice if we stop offering the service, in which case we'll refund any unused part of a period you've paid for.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use Cue Coach after that means you accept the new terms.
10. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts there have jurisdiction, but if you live elsewhere you keep the protection of your local consumer law. Questions: test@admin.com.
