Refund policy

Cancelling

You can cancel Pro at any time from your account page (Manage billing). You keep Pro until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Refunds

If Cue Coach isn't right for you, email test@admin.com within 14 days of your first Pro payment and we'll refund it in full. After that, payments for periods that have started aren't refunded, except where the service didn't work as described or the law gives you a right to one.

If we close your account for breaking our terms, we don't refund the current period. If we stop offering the service, we refund any unused part of your period.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5–10 working days.
